Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within NUMBER OF DAYS of receiving your order by emailing EMAIL ADDRESS. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If a return is approved, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Sent back within NUMBER OF DAYS of approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow NUMBER OF BUSINESS DAYS for your refund to appear in your account.
